Dulceata de cirese alba – reteta clasica

Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg cirese albe
  • 750 g zahar
  • 3 linguri zeama de lamaie
Mod de preparare:
  1. Spalati ciresele, indepartati coditele si samburii. Puneti ciresele intr-o oala mare, adaugati zaharul si lasati sa stea la rece 5 ore (peste noapte).
  2. A doua zi puneti oala la fiert la foc mic si luati spuma din cand in cand. Incercati dulceata astfel: cu lingura cu care amestecati turnati cateva picaturi pe o farfurie, iar daca acestea stau “bob” dulceata este gata. Adaugati zeama de lamaie si mai lasati sa mai fiarba 2 -3 minute. Lasati sa se racoreasca 15 -20 min.
  3. Spalati borcanele si sterilizati-le in cuptor. Puneti dulceata calduta in borcane si sigilati.
